Unexperienced driver who was not knowing about roads and ways he depends on us and asking for watching map...till last moment u people have not shared any hotel details..... Third class hotel services....rooms was full of dirtyness a d cockroaches.... Pathetic food served last but not the least u people have created bad memories in our trip ... Poor fellow services... mismatch between expectations and reality.....I will never forget you people wasted my full money....

What's Not Good: Hotel services was average. Geyser was not working in hotel eco grooves, Manali. Neither they provided hot water after repeated request. Food was good in all the hotels and also cooperation from Anjana, from team navigator was also good.But the transportation part was worst coordinated by anurag.Driver( Rohit) was not cooperating and was refusing to take to places even which were included in the package. They were not handling luggages properly, due to which no. Lock of my suitcase got damaged.After changing the driver(rahul), the trip went well and he was cooperative.Overall trip was average.
