Pathetic trip experience in darjeeling My parents day in darjeeling was completely spoiled half day just went vain because of the driver and his agent I booked trip for sikkim darjeeling with them sikkim tour was ok but there was lack of transparency between what I discussed during booking time to actually what we actually get as service 1.The things discussed during initial iternary preparation were not followed When I informed them that the women who prepared iternary I cross check with her same driver who drops them to hotel on day will take them to market she said yes but in actual the transport team said there is no value of verbal discussion 2. Ravangla was added in mid discussion by miss kavita to iternary. Since the discussion went on she removed ravangla from final itenary and then I had to pay extra. 3.please cross check itenary multiple times before u actually book with them from my experience don't book with them. The experience of darjeeling tour with them was so pathetic I sent my parents for trip trusting them . Even after taking so much money They sent a greedy driver 1.the driver skipped maximum places and kept asking money if my parents asked to go somewhere. 2.He was forcefully taking my parents back to hotel just after showing 3-4 places 3.He didn't even stop car for lunch even after my parent asking him. 4.He told my parents I will drop u in mandir and then u can go back on ur own It was so unsafe with this driver 5.He pointed finger at some rocks and told that this is tenzing rock. He didn't even ask to my parent Whether they want to go It's extremely unsafe with the drivers provided by namaste india Even after taking loads of money the service was so poor

We, a family group of 4, embarked on Do Dham yatra covering Kedarnath and Badrinath, from Bangalore. One of our closest friend suggested Namaste India. Smt. Shanthi m’am of sales was our first contact. Right from charting our itinerary, recommending the best possible options for stay and mode of travel, she took pains to accommodate/ answer our innumerable queries. What followed was a professional approach to complete registration, informing us of Do’s and Dont’s, health advisory etc.,As the day approached, the travel team informed us about our bookings and as we landed at Dev Bhumi, we were greeted by our guide Mr. Gopal. Introduced to our driver and the journey began. Taxi and driver was excellent. Hotels, suited to our budget, excellent. Food excellent. Constant calls from Smt. Shanthi and guide enquiring about our well being, is highly appreciated ?? They were honest while informing us about conditions and quality of our planned stay at Kedarnath, where it was basic. (Don’t go there with high expectations) Overall, a fantastic, very divine experience and our long cherished dream of visiting Kedarnath, Badrinath and the Sangams come true.
