I went on a trip to Gangtok and Darjeeling with Akshaya Tours in the last week of May. I am pleased with the service provided by Ms. Malathi. She was patient and provided options and changes as needed. I believe the price was competitive (may be a bit high compared to online portals), but you get to talk to someone all through the booking and any questions I asked through WhatsApp messages or phone calls were promptly answered. Same goes with their local contact for North East - Ms. Anjana. Overall, I would use their services again in the future and would recommend them to my friends.

We have requested Akshaya Tours to arrange for a trip to Bhubaneswar and Puri. They have arranged in extremely excellent manner. The stay at both Puri and Bhubaneswar were good and the coordinators at Chennai, Ms. Malathi and at Bhubaneswar, Ms. Anjana made the trip really enjoyable and worth the money. The driver cum guide at Odisha Mr. Rishi has made the trip more worthy by his attitude and the courteous company. He took me and my wife to the Jagannath Temple and despite being so much crowded with thousands of people thronging to see Lord Jagannath. It would not have been possible for us to worship Lord Jagannath if Mr. Rishi is not there. The manner in which he explained the history of each place is a wonder. We did enjoy the trip and the memories will be cherished throughout our life. We really thank M/s. Akshya Tours and Travels from the bottom of our heart to arrange for such a wonderful trip.
