"What's Good: The best part about the trip was communication. Anita was constantly in touch with us and kept us posted on updates in the itinerary and other things. We wanted to cover a few places and Anita was kind enough to help us include those in the itinerary at a reasonable price. All in all I am extremely happy with the entire trip!
What's Not Good: Nothing as such to be honest. Just a small tip- confirm the agent in advance in case of specific instructions like preference in terms of double bed or twin bed, wifi availability, number of sim cards, etc to avoid any confusions later"

"What's Good: We planned our Sikkim and Darjeeling trip with Tripscart company and we are fully satisfied with their services. Prices are very reasonable in comparison to other companies that deal in Sikkim and Darjeeling tours. They are locally based in Gangtok and their team have excellent experience of the destination. As they are based in Gangtok, Sikkim, and by that, they provide proper ground support during the trip. The sales team is knowledgeable and they transparently informed everything before booking the tour, so there were no last minutes surprises. Hotels were good, as per our budget, they provided the best hotels with the best locations. They also help us were to go for cheaper shopping where the local people shop. Overall, it was an excellent and memorable experience with Tripscart. Everything was perfect; the planning of the itinerary was flawless, the drivers were always on time, and every evening, they shared the next day's plan and timings, which was really helpful. They also arranged all the required permits. They informed us about the documentation well in advance.
