The tour company was ok but they should guide the guest and customers for avoiding the scam being done by the different people in tourist places. Also we had Gondola ride in Gulmarg included in our package but tour operator didn't book the ticket in advance.Later we were told that we have to go to Gulmarg early morning for offline tickets.if that is the service by Hilton then why we pay extra to you. We could have planned on our own only . Hence we missed the fun in Gulmarg.Srinagar hotel was very good but Pahalgam was not so good one

Adilji is a nice person and service was really excellent. His houseboat was super with great staff and food. This was my maiden trip to Kashmir and we enjoyed like anything. Our country has such a great place, possibly the best place in the World Only word of caution is that all places have scammer ( pony rider,ice photographer,union cabs etc)who tries to fool you and tourist need to negotiate properly . Thanks

i and my wife together planned a trip for 6 days in kashmir in dec 2024. one of my friend has recommended me “hilton tour and travels”.. i called them and got a quick response and within few hours i had a itinerary ready. i paid the token amount and within few hours hotels were booked and i got my vouchers. thanks to Azra maam who initiated the booking. she was too nice and humble. for the entire duration she kept calling everyday and checking if everything was great.. shout out to Mr. hussain who was with us for the entire stay. he was too kind and nice.. it was a great experience
