This trip, being our first experience with Himavat Destination, we would recommend their services to others The trip was awesome.. All the drivers were expert drivers and very well behaved and professional drivers Purba lepcha was on time and picked us from NJP and drove well with good conversations. Urgan dorjee ( bhaichung) drove Xylo very well in those steep terrains of North Sikkim with excellent control. My family felt very safe on those terrible hilly roads and heavy rain, but he drove every well. He was patient and accommodated our simple requests. Pradip Roy was excellent with his driving skills to make sure we reached Njp on time, he timely took correct roads and avoided traffic, we managed to board the train on time. Had we reached 5 mins late out train would have left as there was road work and although we left Gangtok more than 6 hrs before, the traffic was horrible. But Pradip Roy drove excellently. So it was a very well organised trip, timely updates and great drivers Thank you so much I am giving this trip a 5-star rating.

"What's Good: ## Bhutan Experience Our journey through Bhutan was largely impressive, with knowledgeable guides who showcased the country's rich cultural heritage and stunning landscapes with genuine enthusiasm. The drivers navigated the winding mountain roads with skill and professionalism, ensuring our comfort throughout most of the journey. However, our second night at Paro Rema Resort fell short of expectations in terms of dining. The food quality was disappointing compared to other meals we enjoyed in Bhutan, lacking both flavor and presentation that would be expected at a resort of this caliber. ## Sikkim Portion The transition between destinations proved problematic. Our transfer from Bhutan to Gangtok felt unnecessarily rushed, with a driver who seemed more concerned with completing the journey quickly than ensuring passenger comfort or allowing us to appreciate the scenic route. Upon arrival in Gangtok, we were pleased with our hotel's prime location on MG Road, offering convenient access to local attractions, shopping, and dining options. Unfortunately, the hotel's service standards did not match its excellent location. Staff responsiveness was inconsistent, and several basic amenities were either missing or required multiple requests. Overall, while the Bhutan portion of our tour delivered a memorable experience, the Sikkim segment would benefit from significant improvements to transportation and accommodation service quality.

"What's Good: We booked a tour package by *Loading Kashmir * tour agency.. It is a value for money trip for us. Our tour organizer MR. Malik Dawood nicely arranged our itinerary. He continuesly remain in cantact with us in our 4 days tour. He always took concern about us. He treat us as a special guest and a family member. His concern shows this. He gave good guidance about local transport like horse ride, cab booking charges at various sight seeing. We enjoyed our tour without any problems because of his assurance and support.

"What's Good: Our ten-day safari was fantastic, and John was our driver and guide. He is unmatched in both his driving prowess and his ability to identify distant fauna. He shares his remarkable knowledge of Kenya and wildlife with ease. He addressed all of our numerous enquiries with great care and patience. He made this vacation a lot of fun and has a terrific sense of humour. John is the best person to have as your driver and guide. His recommendation is quite high.
